At Liberated Psychology we strive to provide you with a space that is uplifting and empowering. We know that by offering warmth and respect during therapy, you will be able to navigate and better understand the causes of your challenges and implement strategies for change.
We offer both face to face psychological support and telehealth appointments. We use Cliniko as our online platform given its secure, confidential and can be accessed easily via a link your clinician will send when booking your appointment. Therapy can be a space away from the everyday pressure of your life in which to explore and understand yourself and gain new perspectives on different areas in your life. Due to this, whether you need to speak with us after work, or on the weekend, we offer convenient time slots to ensure you receive support without having to miss out on work, family time or fun time.
